Family residence that provides space for three generations is located close to capital city Bratislava, in a unique place on the southern slope of a forest, on plot with an area of 14,806 m2. The residence is detached from the neighboring houses its own driveway. The surrounding greenery gives the owner of the residence sufficient privacy for undisturbed high standard of living. The whole plot is surrounded by fence.
The construction of the house was completed in 2000. In the years 2001 – 2004 the house has been awarded several times in various competitions and specialist surveys. The plot is combined as a park around the house with modern art works and maintained garden with fruit trees and barbecue area. In the upper plot there is a small cottage and reserve water tanks with a capacity of 60 m3. The entire land area is covered with Rain Bird irrigation. There is a special house designed for storing garden equipment and summer furniture located in the garden. The house consists of two floors and basement. The 1st floor is a daily part of the house and consists of a living room with fireplace, separate dining and kitchen. A separate room is devoted to a library and rooms for the exhibition of paintings and its further use is optional according to the future owner needs. On the 1st floor there is also master bedroom with a closet and private bathroom. Terraces around the house are accessible from each room and offer a diverse orientation. The 2nd floor consists of two bedrooms with bathroom and separate studio with fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and terrace. The gallery space was designed as home office. On the 2nd floor there are also terraces accessible from each room including bathroom. In the basement, there is a laundry room, technical room and additional storage space. The house has also 10 m long swimming pool.
