Project description

Complete reconstruction of the national cultural heritage from 19th century has brought an exceptional project in the city center. Flats are designed for long-term lease here for the most demanding client category. The project offers 26 rental apartments of large categories from 1 to 4 bedroom apartments with living area from 85 to 200 m2. The disposition of each apartment has been specially modified, resulting in the creation of unique apartments with different solutions. The living space is enlarged by exterior as balconies, loggie, terraces and winter gardens. Special attention was devoted to interiors of the apartments using materials such as marble, wooden floors, branded bathroom and kitchen appliances. Apartments don’t miss modern technologies such as air conditioning, floor heating, security system in each flat and wifi. Common areas are full of history through preservation of elements as the original staircase, railings, floors, stucco and majestic entrance to the building.

Project details

Residential building with its 26 luxury apartments historically consists of 2 buildings. Each building has its own reception at the gate. At each floor there are 2 to 3 apartments that contribute to the overall feeling of private and quiet living. The atrium is solved as green maintained area with the benches.
